Fostr Healthcare is a growing digital healthcare platform focused on delivering accessible and reliable services to users online. The project aimed to analyze website performance, understand user behavior, and improve overall engagement through data-driven SEO strategies.

Through detailed Google Analytics tracking, we identified how users interacted with the platform, where they dropped off, and which channels delivered the highest value traffic. Organic search emerged as a key driver, bringing in high-quality users with strong intent and engagement.

Fostr Healthcare’s website performance analysis revealed 492 total users, with 99% new visitors, showing strong reach and visibility. Organic search contributed 36% of traffic (175 users) and delivered the highest engagement quality, while direct traffic brought 62% (304 users) but with lower interaction levels.

User behavior showed moderate engagement, with an overall 38% engagement rate and users averaging 5.78 events per session. However, only 22% of users reached deeper scroll levels, indicating opportunities to improve content structure and on-page experience.

Key improvement areas included reducing the 62% bounce rate, improving direct traffic quality, and increasing conversions. Click actions (81 users) and lead interactions remained limited, highlighting the need for stronger CTAs, better UX, and optimized landing pages.

Overall, the focus was on improving SEO performance, enhancing user engagement, and converting traffic into measurable leads through data-driven optimization strategies.
